Teaching the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ

Developing Agricultural Skills, Literacy and Faith Formation

Preparing Self-Sufficient Leaders and Catechists

In Burkina Faso, Africa…
“In my country, catechists are men and women on the front lines of day-to-day spiritual and religious formation of the majority of people living in numerous small villages outside the few large cities. Because of the number of villages and the difficulty of traveling, priests do not reside in any one village — but rather they offer the sacraments and Mass on a rotating basis. The Center for Faith Formation prepares catechists for their role as community leaders.” -Fr. Alphonse Kabore.
